Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Products
Every sign we produce is custom-manufactured to your specifications. Because of this, our refund policy is specific to the stage of your order.
2. Refunds Before Artwork Approval
If you cancel your order before approving your design proof, you are eligible for a refund of the product total, less any non-refundable payment processing fees (see Section 4).
3. Refunds After Artwork Approval
Once you have approved your artwork proof, your order is final and no refunds will be issued. Approval of the proof authorizes us to begin production, and materials and labor are committed at that point. This includes, but is not limited to, refund requests based on:
- Typos, misspellings, or incorrect information that appeared on the approved proof
- Color, size, or layout preferences shown on the approved proof
- Change of mind after approval
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
4. Processing Fees Are Non-Refundable
Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all refunds, including cancellations made before artwork approval and replacements issued for damaged or defective items. Any refund issued will exclude these fees.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us at orders@customfencesigns.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will, at our option, reprint, replace, or refund the affected items (excluding non-refundable processing fees). Our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected items.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email orders@customfencesigns.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
